The Jende Sushi Knife Roll is like our regular knife roll, but it’s 4 inches wider. It can fit the long knives that sushi chefs use. It can hold yanagis and debas up to 600mm long in total with their sayas.
This roll is handmade by artisans. It can hold 16 knives: 6 small, 6 medium, and 4 large. It also has 2 leather pouches for storing keys, phones, wallets, or other small items. The bag is made of high-quality oiled leather. It looks old-fashioned but strong. It will look even better as it gets older.

It’s 24.8 inches wide and 31.5 inches long. It can fit knives up to about 23.5 inches long.
This bag will last a long time. The slots are stitched, glued, and riveted. The flaps are lined with waxed canvas to protect the knives. The handle has a carbon fiber bar to support the weight. The belts and straps are double thickness for extra strength. You can personalize your bag with your name, initials, or logo.
Our bags are custom-made and take 2-4 weeks to make. But it’s worth it! The color of the leather may vary a little.
