The Master Kuo G-5 Large Taiwan Tuna Knife is meticulously crafted for severing the heads of substantial fish, slicing them from end to end, and sectioning the body into steaks. Its curved leaf shape proves exceptionally useful for processing large fish such as Tuna, Mahi, and Grouper.

This G5 model boasts a construction of 3-layered laminated steel. The outer layer is stainless steel, while the inner core features traditional Japanese High Carbon SK5 steel, with a remarkable RC hardness of 60-61.

Maintenance Instructions:
To ensure longevity, clean the knife with warm water and soap, towel drying promptly. Avoid using a dishwasher. While the stainless-clad outer steel resists rust, the exposed SK5 core edge steel may develop surface rust over time. Routine sharpening can effectively remove most surface rust.
